Mark Bradford grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, and began singing in church at age 8. He began writing original songs at age 18, and drew early inspiration from such artists as Andrae Crouch, Michael Omatian, Elton John and Harry Nilsson.

Mark and his wife, Sharon, met in college, and were married the summer of 1977. They moved to Denver the fall of 1978.

Mark began writing and producing song parodies for radio in 1987. He was one of the top song parody writer/producers for radio in America for almost 30 years.

Mark produced music projects for Creative Ministry Solutions, Inc. (formerly One Way Street), the leading puppet ministry supplier in the world, from 1988 to 2016. He has produced the Puppets in Concert series, the Target Trax series, the Happenin' series, and the very popular Righteous Pop Music parody series.

Mark also wrote and produced the well-known song parody, Bethlehemian Rhapsody. His partner, Darla Robinson, produced the puppet video for that parody, which has been viewed more than forty million times.

Mark retired from producing music in 2016 due to a terminal cancer diagnosis. He is currently in hospice care. His cancer blog, God's 2 By 4, is an account of his time with cancer, and and a testimony to what God has done in his life.

Mark and Sharon still live in Denver. Colorado, with their dog, Sookie, and their cat, Luna.
